Terms of use & digital purchases

Products and availability
The website presents audio software, public beta builds and original music downloads. Product status, supported formats, compatibility, price and availability may change as products are developed or updated.
Software downloads
Free software downloads do not use a payment gateway, but access requires the download-registration form so Medrano Labs can record the name and email associated with the requested product. A temporary secure download link is generated after registration.
Digital purchases
Where a Buy button is available, the price shown at checkout is the price applicable to that transaction. Paid software and music purchases are processed using Stripe-hosted checkout. Before a paid software checkout starts, the purchaser must provide the requested contact details, accept the applicable sale terms and software license, and expressly request immediate digital supply with the corresponding acknowledgement regarding withdrawal rights. The payment page shows the final payment details and any applicable tax treatment before the purchase is confirmed.
Delivery
Paid digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment verification. Download links may be generated dynamically or may be temporary. If a paid download cannot be accessed, contact support and include the product or release name and the email used at checkout.
Refunds and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Refund, withdrawal and conformity rights are handled in accordance with the consumer law applicable to the transaction. If you believe a purchase is defective, duplicated or was charged incorrectly, contact us so it can be reviewed.
Beta software
Beta software is unfinished software provided for evaluation and testing. Features may change, builds may expire or be replaced, and compatibility may differ between systems. Keep backups of important work and do not rely on beta software as the sole copy of critical data.
Intellectual property
Software, music, artwork, text and other content remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. A purchase or download grants only the rights described by the relevant license; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or source materials.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass download controls, interfere with the service, misuse beta registration, redistribute protected downloads or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

These terms may be updated as products, payment methods or website services change. The current version is the version published on this page.
