Frequently asked questions

Which systems and plugin formats are supported?

Compatibility is listed on each software product page. Current builds are primarily focused on Windows 64-bit, with the available VST3, CLAP, standalone or host support shown per product.

How does LoopKong beta access work?

Open the LoopKong product page, choose Try the beta, enter your name and email, accept the privacy notice and request access. A temporary secure download link is then generated.

How do software downloads work?

All software downloads require a name and email registration. Free plugins generate a temporary secure download link immediately and do not open a payment gateway. Paid plugins continue to Stripe only after registration and the required digital-purchase confirmations.

How are music purchases delivered?

Music purchases use a secure Stripe-hosted checkout. After a successful payment, the site verifies the checkout session and makes the corresponding ZIP download available.

Can I listen before buying a release?

Yes. Releases with an available player can be previewed from the Music section using the embedded Apple Music player.

My download is unavailable. What should I do?

Contact info@medranolabs.com with the product or release name and the email used for the purchase or beta registration.

Can I redistribute purchased music or software?

No. Downloads are licensed to the purchaser for the uses described in the applicable license terms. Redistribution, resale or making the download available to third parties is not permitted unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
