Beta registration

When you request access to a public beta, we collect the name and email address you submit, the product and beta version requested, the date of the request, and the privacy/marketing choices made in the form. This information is used to provide the requested beta access, manage participation and operate the secure download flow.

Software downloads and purchases

When you request a Medrano Labs software download, we collect the name and email address you submit, the requested product, the date of the request, and the privacy/marketing choices made in the form. For paid software, we also record the versions of the sale terms accepted, the request for immediate digital delivery and the Stripe checkout session identifier. This information is used to provide the requested download, administer purchases, provide support and maintain appropriate transaction or access records.

Purchases and payments

Paid software and music purchases are initiated from this website and completed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are not stored by this website. Medrano Labs receives or verifies information needed to identify the purchased product or release and confirm whether the checkout session was successfully paid so the digital download can be delivered.

Optional product news

Marketing consent is separate from beta or software-download access. If you select the optional marketing checkbox, your email address may be used to send occasional Medrano Labs product news, beta updates or offers. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

Contact messages

If you contact Medrano Labs by email, the information you provide is used to answer your request, provide support and keep any records reasonably necessary to resolve the matter.

Hosting and service providers

Website, beta-registration and software-download registration data are hosted using OVHcloud infrastructure. Payments are processed through Stripe. Embedded music playback may use Apple Music. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy arrangements where applicable.

Technical data

Normal server and security logs may contain technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested resource. Such logs may be processed for hosting, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide support, manage beta and software-download access, maintain appropriate transaction or access records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Where applicable under data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection regarding your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact info@medranolabs.com to exercise these rights.

If you are in Spain, you may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that your data-protection rights have not been respected.

This policy may be updated when the website, products, beta programme, payment flow or service providers change. The current version and update date will be shown on this page.
