License overview

Software

Unless a specific product includes different license terms, Medrano Labs software is licensed by Rubén Medrano López, trading as Medrano Labs, to the user; it is not sold as source code or intellectual property. The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may use the software on devices you own or control for your own creative or production work.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or make the software files available to third parties. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Public beta software

Beta builds are provided for evaluation and testing. Access may be time-limited, replaced by newer builds or discontinued. A beta license does not guarantee future availability, compatibility or a particular final feature set.

Music downloads

Purchasing a music download grants you a personal copy for private listening and normal personal use. Copyright in the recordings and compositions is not transferred.

Redistribution, resale, file sharing, synchronization with film/video, advertising use, sampling for redistribution, public commercial exploitation or other licensing uses require separate permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Third-party components

Software may include or depend on third-party components that are subject to their own license notices. Where such notices are supplied with a product, those terms apply to the relevant third-party component.
